About the Opportunity:
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s sales operations. This includes creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet the company's financial targets. The Director of Sales and Marketing leads and mentors the sales team, providing regular coaching and support to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for all marketing initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:
Think strategically and integrate sales and marketing efforts to maximize customer acquisition and retention directly resulting in overall business success
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Continual and consistent validation and evolution of the company’s value proposition for targeted customers
Set sales targets and quotas for the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Manage sales staff and provide coaching to enhance team members' performance and skillset

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite or Google Suite
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Willingness to travel as needed

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Controller who will oversee the company’s accounting operations and financial health. The controller ensures accurate financial records and provides financial strategic insights to support business decisions. The controller ensures compliance with accepted accounting practices, reporting standards, and tax planning and will be responsible for ensuring the business is current with financial regulations and best practices. The controller will establish and manage financial systems and processes for costing and inventory tracking. Working closely with our executive leadership team the controller will create detailed financial models to forecast future revenues, expenses, and cash. The controller is also responsible for all tax filings with the company’s accounting firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute all aspects of accounting, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Ensure month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial statements and present to the executive team
Monitor the company’s annual budget in collaboration with the executive team
Implement and conduct internal audits of the company's financial statements and processes to ensure accuracy.
Ensure the company is compliant with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
Forecast financials to support strategic planning
Create detailed financial models to forecast future revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
Create models for budgeting, long-term planning, and scenario analysis.
Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and variances.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial strategies that support long-term goals
Stay up to date on financial regulations and ensure the company is compliant with any new financial regulations
Implement and maintain a system for costing and inventory tracking
Establish standardized processes for inventory tracking and costing
Manage relationships with company accounting firms
Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for the company to improve its financial position.
Recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
Proficient in account software (Quickbooks)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling
High attention to detail and is organized
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the Opportunity:
The Machine Technician Lead acts as the production lead on the floor and is responsible for training staff, answering questions from the production team, managing production runs, and ensuring production equipment is operating efficiently and safely. The Machine Technician lead ensures that everything on their shift meets all requirements related to production, record keeping, safety, and quality. The Machine Technician lead ensures production procedures are carried out safely and effectively to maximize equipment uptime and product quality. They work with Machine Operators to diagnose equipment issues. They are responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance on the equipment to ensure machines are running smoothly. The Machine Technician lead works closely with Maintenance Technicians to ensure any equipment issues that fall outside the Machine Technician’s capabilities are diagnosed and troubleshooted efficiently and safely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee production shift and communicate work orders, and tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to ensure production schedules are met.
Effectively communicate information to shift team members provided by the director of operations and leadership team
Operate production machinery as prescribed by the equipment manufacturer and company procedures
Train employees on standard operating procedures and how to operate equipment safely
First to answer employee questions and troubleshoot equipment issues
Troubleshoot mechanical components, and correct issues as necessary to maintain productivity and/or quality standards
Perform described preventative maintenance on machines as required
Interface with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) to document maintenance work, parts usage, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
Ensure optimum operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements of all equipment
Adjust machinery controls to optimize product yield and quality
Set up machines according to specification and prepare them for production runs
Detect and report questionable conditions to the department Supervisor/Manager
Safely use a forklift or pallet jack to stack pallets, transport materials, and load/unload trucks
Maintain a clean orderly work area and following prescribed safety regulations

Remain familiar and up to date with the basic machine functions to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the Maintenance Technician to solve equipment issues
Handle end-of-line procedures by checking product quality, logging necessary product info, and packing dry products.
Prepare pulp to be weighed and batched into the stock prep system
Operate and batch raw material to the pulper
Operate die-cutting machine to trim product and pack the product for shipment
Assist with tooling changeover, cleaning, and preparation for storage
Operate chemical pumps to dose correct amounts of chemistry for production runs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Assist with equipment changeovers and ensure all relevant production information is communicated effectively

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years in factory related experience and or mechanical experience
Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
2 years of experience leading shifts preferred
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Must be able to read and interpret drawings, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use basic hand-held measuring tools
Experience in dealing with mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC and instrumentation
Ability to understand, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical systems and devices
Read and understand operating manuals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a production team

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment at our Saco, ME facility. Maintenance Technicians work closely with the production team members to diagnose, troubleshoot, and communicate equipment issues to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing electrical and mechanical components of all production equipment. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining all spare parts for production equipment. Maintenance Technicians document and file all maintenance work orders and manage all preventative maintenance charts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain production machines and production-related equipment
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment
Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent production flow.
Work closely with machine technicians and operators to diagnose equipment issues and communicate effectively the estimated downtime for the equipment.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
Comply with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas
Control downtime by communicating updates to leadership and production staff
Troubleshoot issues with electrical components, perform PLC/communication diagnostics
Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, pump, servos, and other mechanical component issues
Actively involved in Continuous Improvement to ensure more efficient maintenance operations
Interface with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) to document maintenance work, parts usage, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
Remove and install production molds/tools and align tools for production runs
Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment, ensuring they are integrated into the production process seamlessly.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus
10 years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
Ability to communicate well and to work with minimal supervision.
Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational and team membership skills
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar

About the Opportunity: The Machine Operator is primarily responsible for operating production machinery on the manufacturing floor. They ensure production procedures are executed safely and effectively to maximize equipment uptime and product quality. The machine operator is the first to diagnose equipment issues and collaborates with machine and maintenance technicians to resolve any problems that arise. They operate various types of production machinery used in the manufacturing process to ensure quality products are delivered efficiently.
